You can exchange any product purchased on our website in two ways:
1. In-store: At any of our HOSSH stores in the country (Palatino Shopping Center in Bogotá or Cacique Shopping Center in Bucaramanga), by presenting the product in perfect condition, with all its original tags, unused, and with your purchase invoice, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Through our website: Within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the product, by contacting us through any of our channels:

Transportation costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and verify your product, you will receive a voucher to process the exchange.

- The garment must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
- It must retain all its original tags (internal and external).
- It must be returned in the original packaging or similar packaging that ensures its care.
- Exchanges are always made for the value at which the garment was purchased.
- Purchases made in physical stores can only be exchanged in physical stores; cross-exchanges with the website are not applicable.
Yes. You have 5 business days from the delivery of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us through our customer service channels.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, or PSE). Once processed, we will notify you by email.
For the refund to apply, the garment must be unused, in perfect hygienic conditions, without alterations, and with all its original tags. The right of withdrawal applies only to shipments within Colombia.

Shipping takes place within 1 to 12 business days from the day after payment confirmation. For credit card or PSE payments, transaction approval may take up to an additional business day.
The order will be delivered to the address registered at the time of purchase. Any person present at that address will be authorized to receive it.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The estimated dispatch time is 1 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
Please note that any taxes or additional import fees for the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

All orders are subject to availability. If the product is not available, we will refund your money to the same payment method used. Refund times depend on the payment mechanism used.
