Right of withdrawal

The consumer must contact LIMAVAL SAS through any of the following customer service channels:

  • Through the customer service chat on our website www.hossh.com via the WhatsApp button; during business hours, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

...requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, and must return the product to LIMAVAL SAS by the same means and under the same conditions in which it was received. The transport costs and any other costs associated with the return of the item will be covered by the consumer. The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the corporate purpose of LIMAVAL SAS, in the following cases:

  • In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control.
  • In contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • In contracts for the acquisition of personal use goods.
  • In contracts for the supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

LIMAVAL SAS. will process the refund to the consumer through the corresponding banking institution and it will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, whether by credit card, debit card, or PSE. For this, the customer must provide the necessary documentation.

Once the refund is made, the customer will be notified by email.

It is important to note that if the garment does not meet conditions such as "the product has not been used, is not in perfect hygienic condition, shows any alteration or repair, does not have all its original labels (internal and external), has not been purchased through the website, or is not within the 5 days stipulated by law to exercise the Right of Withdrawal; we will return the garment to the consumer at the same address where it was initially collected, explaining the reasons.

The right of withdrawal is valid only for shipments in Colombia.
